T1 Samples, 300,000-Shot Warranty and Mould Transfer: Policies That Protect Both Sides

What is included in your mould price, how samples ship, what 300,000 shots of warranty means, and what happens when a mould moves factories.

The quoted price of a mould is only half the picture. What is included, what costs extra, and what happens after delivery decide whether a project stays friendly. Here are the policies we state up front - written plainly so there are no surprises on either side.

T1 Samples: Included in the Mould Price

T1 machine time and basic material cost are included in the mould price - no separate trial fee. You approve T1 samples before the tool is boxed for shipment.

Sample Shipping

Samples ship by international courier (DHL/FedEx). Shipping cost is at the customer cost under EXW terms, or shown as a separate line in the quotation - your choice, stated before you pay.

Prototypes Before the Tool Is Cut

Need parts in hand before committing to steel? 3D-printed prototypes with CMF finishing are about USD 125 per set, delivered in around 5 days, 100% prepaid.

The 300,000-Shot Warranty

Under normal operation and regular maintenance, we warrant the mould for 300,000 shots. The warranty covers the tool itself - steel, fit and function - not damage from mishandling, non-approved materials or running without maintenance.

Moulds That Stay in Our Plant

If we mould your parts, daily maintenance is free for the life of the tool. We clean, lubricate and inspect on schedule, and log it - you can ask for the history at any time.

Moving a Mould Out

If you move the mould to another factory, settle the balance and the transfer fee, and we release the tool with its full documentation. After transfer, production risk and maintenance are with the new owner - which is why many customers keep production with us.

Quality Control Before Anything Ships

Every tool passes a fixed chain: steel hardness verification, electrode measurement, core and cavity dimension measurement, final sample measurement. Machining-only inserts ship with a complete CMM report, 100% verified against your 3D tolerances.

Ask for Policies in Writing

A supplier who will not write down what is included and what is excluded is telling you something. Ours are in every quotation - compare us against them.
